Inside of you Dwells A Conqueror

We all will face moments in our life that are challenging and sometimes it will seem as though you can fight any more. There are times when giving up seems like the best option available. You’ve given your all and nothing seems to be working, nothing seems to make sense.  It’s that moment we all want to let go, we all want to walk away. What we don’t want to do is stay: figure things out, give it another shot, or better yet… LET IT ALL WORK ITSELF OUT.

The one thing I’ve realized throughout my trials and sacrifice is, sometimes we are fighting and battling on the wrong turf.  We haven’t realized that we’ve lowered ourselves to our opponents level or to the level of the trial, struggle, and complication. We have given them power over us. The victory doesn’t belong to us, it belongs to them, they will soon conquer us and there is little we are capable to do about it. The best option we have available is to keep fighting, fight our way out of the territory or environment we are in. Find a way out so we can regain composure and face our opponent (life and it’s troubles) again. Just when you feel like giving up most times the end is right there, just one more swing, one more push, one more step to cross the finish line and reach your goal. I struggled with this recently, but I pressed forward knowing that sometimes the battle isn’t always just about you. Not every battle you fight or every entity you conquer is for you, sometimes you may conquer things in life for the benefit of others. It sounds so awful that the way tests and trials work is by someone else experiencing a lesson you will learn from. It is actually hard to explain yet I understand the domino effect, we all are connected in some type of way.    There are many times that I wanted to give up and not do what I set out to achieve, but then I realized if I fell prey I would only be fighting and submitting to the inside of me. We all have an inside battle telling us to “PUSH FORWARD!” and to “STOP! because what you are working to accomplish doesn’t really matter to those you are seeking to help or guide.” The solider in you pushes forward and the emotion in you falls back, our emotions aren’t as strong as we like to think they are. They’re actually pretty weak and can become a nuisance if not disciplined or managed carefully.

Ways to conquer the tests of life and the battle within can only come from the drive and ambition inside of your flesh. Pushing forward is exhausting when it seems like the end is no where in sight. Myself and many others can guarantee it was worth every last breath you imagined yourself breathing. I see the goals falling in line as soon as I ask myself why am I doing this? That gives me the energy and strength, the POWER over myself to move forward.

Do not give up on yourself and do not give up on what you’ve already worked so hard for.

Dreams turn into goals, Goals into achievment, Acheivement into success, Success into…
