No! … Practice It

GOOD morning Kings and Queens,

If you feel yourself getting stressed out and need to focus on a task at, DO NOT be afraid to say, “No” to outside influences. Saying a mindless “Yes!” To other’s requests is often a habit. So practice saying NO when it suits you. You may be amazed at how liberated YOU feel.

The hard thing about saying NO to others is you don’t want to hurt their feelings, you don’t want to seem selfish, you don’t want to say no because of them… It is never because of yourself. The thing you must learn while learning to say not to others is self must come first. You must be able and ready to say no, know when to say no. You know when to say no after you have contemplated the pros and cons of saying yes, the pros and cons of saying no. Once you have crossed those T’s and dotted those I’s then all is well and saying yes and no will get better in due time. Learning when and how to say no is not an easy task for those who always say yes. It’s probably one of the hardest things to do, and one of the hardest heart-felt things to conquer when you’re a loving and kindhearted person.

If you’re one of those types of people, be great and amazing as you are… but don’t give out your heart always because the truth is your heart was meant for you to hold and others to cherish
